Cancellation Policy

When accepting bookings online we will ask for pre-payment of £15 per person using your credit or debit card details to secure the reservation. Your details are encrypted and stored securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway. To cancel a reservation with us please do so within 72 hours to get a full refund.
